16-28 Dmg (Req 11)
Damage +15%
Armor -10 (While attacking)
Armor Penetration +20% (19% chance)
Health +30

Dyed Black, wich is a Bright White glow.

If it really is 16-28, priceless.

However, assuming that it is 6-28, I would perfect salvage the +30 and sell the axe for ~5k.
