/report needs 2 more selections; Gold Selling and Account Buying

read the title;
im tired of seeing gold sellers with random names peddling their gold on local channels in american districts, same with the account buyers. give us a legitimate option of reporting them.

i report them for botting usually, but obviously it might be wrong, but i do it anyway since admins are prolly sure to notice the reason if they check the person's chat logs.

anyone else /sign?

I usually just put them under Spamming whether it is Selling GW keys, selling GW accounts, selling Runescape accounts(I ignore the Runescape buyer spam), and Gold seller spam.

i usually call it spam, but yeah I could see

/report for both

the option could actually be under one slot illegal sells so they know more what to look for. But I guess spam is ok if they dont wanna do it.

lets hope guild wars 2 isnt gonna invaded with bots.

Besides, if they wanted to catch gold sellers, all they'd have to do is go to GToB ID 1 and look for any name of a lvl 1 guildless char that has a name that follows a pattern of "Cklsd Drdao" or something that is random keyboard mashing

They could have caught hundreds of botters at Elona's Reach ID 1 back before loot scaling and farming code, but they chose to ignore it. Anet probably is either in cahoots with the farmers, as in the blog, if it is to be believed, or, they don't feel it affects the community enough to do something about it.

Edit: I lol at the URL being censored. basically, if you want to find it, google "confessions of an ex-arena.net employee" w/o quotation marks. Most of you have probably seen it.

/Signed for the OP. These are probably two of the most common things I see everyday. It seems odd that they wouldn't have specific options for these infractions.

/signed, not a bad idea, I do the same thing as most people, I put it under the Spamming tag. But it would be nice to be able to distinguish between the Spamming and gold buyers and such.

i've been told by many that gold selling/account buying is reported as "spamming".

I use that, and then go on playing.

It has been already suggested an EULA breach option.

That would be enough, to report all those 'out of the game' things.

As long as Anet actually looks at the report and doesn't insta-ban me. Need more options for reporting since you could still sell gold without spamming.

I usually put them under spamming if I bother to report them.

Weird thing is, I ran into my first gold seller spammer, after the /report function was introduced.

I would like to see this too

I report more of the Gold Sellers because sometimes I feel I dont know what to put the Account Buyers under even though I also agree that it is spam.
