I need some skill help!

Well i need a regeneration Skill like the Mystic Regeneration a skill for Dervish but i dont have Nightfall or Eotn so are there any other skills like that? By the way i have the Assasin skill Shadows Refuge and it dosent last that long.

Its core, so you can get it no matter what game you own. I'm afraid to ask, but why do you want it, and what class are you planning on using it for?

If you're looking for this skill for a Warrior, then Healing Signet/Lion's Comfort/"Watch Yourselves!" is all you need. Most times it isn't worth putting 50 attribute points in one line just for a selfheal.

Critical Agility is a NF skill too

dont use healing breeze, maybe vigerous spirit on that build, but not healing breeze.

The link you posted has alternatives listed. Live Vicariously and Vigorous Spirit were mentioned as replacements for the 2 NF skills. Try reading that build again, including the notes at the end.
