LF: American (west) Guild that does daily GvG/HA/AB/PvE

ABOUT ME/ACCOUNT:
Male.
17 years of age.
High school student.
I have Teamspeak/Ventrilo and a microphone.
I have a girlfriend to maintain.
Grades to maintain.
Applying for several jobs, so my time may lessen.
Currently free when I get home, unless out with friends.
West coast of America.

1,500,000 + Balthazar earned.
Everything unlocked.
Frontline is my best category.
My three PvE characters are:
Warrior (best/main), Assassin (side character), Dervish (hardly used).

PVE EXPERIENCE:
Beaten all campaigns.
100% of two campaigns.
Have done FoW armor runs, and UW runs.
Have completed every Dungeon (except Slavers' Exile) more than once.


PVP EXPERIENCE
Rank 3 Gladiator - 412 points
Rank 2 Hero - 110 Fame
Rank 6 Luxon - 1,450,000+
Rank 4 Kurzick - 580,000+
GvG - Very little experience but have gone against high ranks before.

About your guild that would keep me happy:
A fairly active, I'm not looking for a guild with all 100 members online at once, but at least a good amount around ten or so that are usually always online (before bed, anyway) Everyone is friendly and welcoming, I hate coming in and no one says a word to me.

I don't wish to join a guild who's constantly nagging about play-time, or can't forgive mistakes. I have a life I need to maintain, but I want to have fun in this game. I really can't think of anything else.

I have a friend who will follow me wherever I join. Same age, same town, decent pvp skill, does more pve than I do. Mainly plays with an Assassin. Link to him on the provided wiki page.

My current guild status:
I took over Leader position of my first guild I ever joined, however, I am getting bored of it and wish to just revert back to a lesser status player in another guild. The guild will be maintained by it's former leader upon my leave.
