WTB CHEAP Shield

I am looking for a cheap shield with the follow stats.

Armor 16(req: dont care)

Received Damage -2 (while enchanted)
Health +45 (while enchanted) or +30

Received Damage -2 (while in a stance)
Health +45 (while in a stance) or +30

How much would something like this set me back?

Armor 16(req: 9 str or tac - can't recall)
Received Damage -2 (while in a stance)
Health +45 (while in a stance)
