Dude I got my BLUE one PC'ed here for 100K+25e-35e with same stats. Dont know if PURPLE is more better than BLUE. I would think max BLUE be more rare than a PURPLE since its closer to maxed weapons. But anyway I hope this helps.

Blue ~ 100k
Purple ~ +20e
Gold ~ +60e.. ..

pretty sure yours was pc'ed at ~100k, cracky was a terrible PC'er
