Alcohol Question

I just read the other day that alcohol will keep working even if you die within a zone or pass through a portal (keep working meaning you will NOT lose your minutes). I also read that you will lose your minutes if you map travel.

My question is, does /resign count as map travel, or zoning? I will test when I get home from work, but was thinking about it and thought I would just ask here so the info can be shared with others

you lose your alcohol buzz if you /resign,port,map travel.....

anything that takes you out of the area you are in.

If i'm wrong someone correct me

You don't lose your alcohol buzz if you die though. I've been laying on the ground many times shouting that I was king of the world.

You tend to pick up one additional minute if you zone out while you are racking up drunk minutes.
