ParaThumper, anyone have a build that works, and is it worth playing?

I'm assuming you mean a Paragon with a Hammer that makes use of [skill]Awe[/skill]? It's a weak build and would only work well in RA.

Yea going for spear swipe and just adding [skill=text]Shock[/skill] or [skill=text]Iron Palm[/skill] to KD for [skill=text]Awe[/skill] is much more effective, no need to spend points in any attributes with that.

the term "Thumper" means:
a Ranger that uses a Hammer and abuses the Expertise primary attribute. most versions come with a pet, and usually RaO too...
there is also the "Spear Chucker" which is a Ranger that uses a Spear and abuses the Expertise primary attribute. most versions come with a pet, and usually HaO too...
so, since you're reffering to paragorns, are you asking if a Paragorn can play a Thumper or you want the Spear Chucker build for R/P?
for some reason I assume you mean the first option, to that I'll say no, only a Ranger can play Thumper...

the best(and only) build I saw for a Paragorn with a different weapon is the ToF Tank using an axe and Triple Chop...
