and as Joke i want all of you guys that got banned to not get upset, I agree with a lot of you, it was an extraordinary display of unwillingness by ANET to help you guys out, I have a couple of friends and aquaintances that got responses from Support team that their Appeals wont be heard, even tho Gayle Gray said this:

So there is a lot of misinformation running around by ANET, cause the Spokeswoman say one thing, yet the support team says other, and in which case you get basically screwed... I just wish that all the guys who have been banned for this situation to RELAX and BREATHE, cause what goes around comes around... and people who are flaming should be thinking am I such a good player, have I been banned for anything or would I be?

Just because your friends sent in a ticket and got an automated response, doesn't mean their ticket wasn't read.

What I guess is happening is your friends sent in a ticket, Anet reviewed it and did research into what they did. After that they determined that they knowingly exploited the Mallyx glitch many times. So instead of sending them a human response, they just sent them an automated response that said their appeals won't be accepted because they know that they are guilty.
