Just curious how long it take people to beat Eotn.
Just Primaries and the required dungeons.
And please no "you noob" or "liar it cant be done in that amount of time" etc. Just say how long it takes you.

Took me about 4 hours the first time through.. I got taxied to Heart of the Shiverpeaks, lol, I only did the Norn primaries.

I think i take about 15hours but of cause i never measured the time. I always do some PvE skill quests and getting all the other heroes also takes some time. (norn tournament and getting Hayda and Anton...)

fastest time it took me I think was 7 or 8 hours. Going through shards of orr for the first time was a complete pain in the ass. Everything else though, finished pretty quick (h/h)
I can't be bothered to finish eotn again though. Just don't feel like doing them. The primaries annoy me to no end.

I think it took me 5-6 hours. The massive yeti or orc things we fought at the start caught me off guard, hitting 200 damage. Once I made myself my earth build, it was a walkthrough.

Only went through it once. It took maybe 10 days of a few hours a day, including exploring the new features of the expansion, doing a few side-quests and a dungeon or two. I know you said just primaries & required stuff, but this is what i did. :P

Haven't finished it yet, but I'm just ready to do "The Heart of the Shiverpeaks" quest! I got bored of the sheer repetitiveness of Guild Wars and just couldn't be bothered!

I imagine it would take me around 2 sittings of 2-3 hours for each of the plot strands. So about a week of evening play.

First time through without doing all dungeons but plenty of side quests, took me more than 9 hours. However, I was faction farming, farming items for gold to buy armor when reaching R5, and trying my had at the side games (boxing and norn arena).

Ya thats what I thought.
I was in LA yesterday and 3 people were talking about how hard Eotn was and I was saying it is NOT hard it took me all of 4-6 hours to beat it on 4 different chars. They were like you noob its impossible to finish it in less then 20 hours.
I was like im sorry you're so slow but dont blame me for it.

i guess it depends on what other offhand quests u do...i did every vanguard one available and in total after i beat it i think it was around...16hrs...not including times i was afk or days i couldnt get on

It took me about a month and a half to work through it all told. However, I spent a great deal of that time farming for Norn points. And, usually, I played in only about 1-2 hour spurts every day. The actual storyline itself I'd say took me about 3 weeks to finish, just playing at odd times, finishing about 3 missions all in one go, then stopping for a few days or so while I did other things.
Granted, if I worked through how much time it actually took me to complete the storyline, it would probably work out to about 9-12 hours tops.

Most of my characters arent even in eye yet---I want to finish nf before I start with another part.
To get up to the last 2 quests took me about a month since I dont seem to play the same character every day (I have 14 that can get to eye). I only have 3 that can finish it and I hope to get the last 2 quests done soon.

have yet to finish it, I have 3 characters about 2/3 through it. I get about that far then just kind of get bored with it, or I get to a quest i don't want to do again (did it on another character).
