Does this pack allow me to play Eye of the North? Because it was free and i cant seem to be able to do any quests that get me into Eye of the North place

Nope, it just gave you access to the pre-release event, plus a couple pretty nice bonus items (ok, 1 anyway--love the hourglass staff).

No, the pre-release was only usable for the weapons and the premier weekend of Aug. 24-26th, 2007. It is now only functioning as a means for free weapons.

I have he pre-release pack for GWEN never actually installed it though as i bought the game pretty much as soon as it came out, if i were to install it now for the bonus weapons would it effect my game in anyway??

You just have to add the key to your account to get the weapons. No need to install anything if you have been playing GWEN already. Just Type in the Key from the pre-release pack, log in and type /Bonus. Nothing to install at all.
