item unlock pack q

as am new to pvp wanted kinda confirmation about a matter
buying the items unlock pack does make the insignias and runes available for ur pvp only charatcer to use right away .. or its just unlock like when u do with balthazar factions
coz the rune npc in pvp takes gold
so i was wondering f there is away to get ma pvp character runed and with the insignias i want it 2 have and not waste more gold .. will the item unlock pack will do that ???

IRC you can use your Balthazar points to unlock runes from the priest of balthazar.

The item unlock pack makes all the items (weapon upgrades, runes, insignias, etc) available for your PvP character right away. You don't seem to know about this feature, so I'll enlighten you. If you press J when on a PvP character, a window will come up that will allow you to make your gear. Here is where you utilize the upgrades you've unlocked. With the item unlock pack, you can use any upgrade through this window. You'll never need to buy runes for a PvP character (not that you should anyway).
