Victorious Sweep vs Eremite's Attack

why most ppl prefer Eremite's Attack than Victorious Sweep
they almost have same states except Victorious Sweep which has more benifits (no activation time and healing)

ever tried using eremites? the 1/4 activation time makes it perfect for spikes.
Victorious sweep has no activation time which means it's just like a normal attack, and dervishes have a slow attack speed.

is it means 3/4 sec to activate the skill or what ??

Yes.

Victorious Sweep triggers on your next hit with your scythe. Eremite's Attack makes that next hit happen in precisely 3/4 of a second - which is generally quite a bit earlier than it would otherwise be if, for instance, you activated it immediately following a previous hit.

Why don't you just equip the skills and try using them? You will notice the difference.

using attack speed skills increase other skills activation time or normal attacks only

under heart of fury, victorious and normal will be 33% faster(~0.9 seconds?), but Eremite's will still be 3/4 seconds.
