will this inscription stack on this mod?

No you can't. See what you have there is a weapon with a unmoddable inscription slot. That 14%^50 IS a strength and honor inscription, just not max or also called perfect. It is unchangeable. You will know if a weapon has a changeable inscription slot if the word "inscription" appears in the description of the weapon.

Got to used of all the 20% Enchant Axes arround. (Totem Axe's fault) haha!
But seriously, i would recomend to change the Hilt and the Pommel to improve it further more

The furious is only the adrenaline, and the enchanting is only the enchanting. There is nothing you can do to change the damage mod( 14^50). The only thing you could do to add more damage is to customize it which you already did. The 14^50 is stuck on there permanently, no mod you put on will change it.

You can swap attribute points around as much as you want with no penalty. The only time you can't switch them around is in a mission.
If you switch secondary professions, you'll get back all the attribute points you used on your previous secondary. If you used 5 points in monk attributes then switch to an ele secondary, you'll get them back. Just don't forget that you can swap them around as much as you want.
