Changing a character's name (PvE)?

Can it be done? If so, how? If not, will it be possible eventually? Even (gulp!) for a processing/administrative fee?

You cannot change a character's name. If someone reports a name as being offensive, ANET will demand that you change the name or delete character.

No unfortunatly.... i am stuck with [[[[[[as well. and Captain Cave Man eludes me

Unless you delete and remake no other option. but remember if you do this 3 million other people have 6-8 characters all with the name you want

All of my characters have the last name Cervantes. I'm still mad that someone out there has the name Natasha Cervantes.

No one ever has the names I pick.

You could try reporting yourself (or have a friend report you) for having an offensive name. Someone one on the forum here claimed to have done that.

Though it's kind of hard to imagine how John Andrew would be offensive, you could say that where you come from, it's slang for <something bad>.

Keep in mind that you get a 72 (or maybe it's only 24) hour ban in the process.

I knew a girl who gave the best John Andrews.
