Buying Semi-Rare Shields

So I've got a huge list of shields here that I need. I'm aware that some of these are dirt cheap and some are massively expensive; just PM me in game (name is R A Z E) and we can talk about price.

Req doesn't matter at all, mods would be nice but not necessary. I just need the skins, and they HAVE TO BE INSCRIBABLE.
