If I got all the gold when I h/h I'd have no reason what-so-ever to farm or even play the PvE game except for titles.

What's the point of solo farming if you make the same amount of money with 7 hench/heros to help you.

I'm about as supportive of solo and small group play as anyone can be, but even I wouldn't argue that solo players should get 8 times the gold a player in a PUG would. Sorry, that's just inane.

I believe monsters should drop GP depends on the group. The higher your party is, the higher GP dropped yo uget. For example; If you have party of 4 yo uget around 100gp, if party of 8 y ouget 300-400 per monster, and it's doubled if its from a boss.

Fully agreed. Every time he posts its just a flame-bate and mods have to delete 1/2 of posts. Isn't it time to start dealing with this on the other side of problem.

Then duo farm in a more lucrative area then the ones people solo in.
I'm poor, but my excuse is I have too little time to farm because I'm doing an internship.

I feel the "make heroes and henchies free" are the worst, more for less thread.
Title threads I get, many titles are too grindy, so asking for less grind is acceptable.

Asking for free help to kill stuff that drops loot, gold and greens is like asking for money to accumulate in your account, over time while you are doing nothing.

Every ally over your self is an advantage, it should be logical the players with the most skill are the ones that kill the foes with as small an advantage as possible. Guildwars is (supposed to be) a skill > time game, so the players with the most skill should be rewarded with the most gold, period.

Now, like me, using minions, or spirits (stopped using pets after the pet corpse nerf) to gain advantages that the game doesn't count as having less skill is taking advantage of balance issues, same for 55ing.
It's not perfect as you can just find most of it on the web, but having at least a few people try to improve their skill in finding better/funner balance issues to take advantage of or new areas to farm is better than just giving everyone everything for free.

What would be a good improvement, is if it was shown how much money you got from the split every time money was divided.
I don't really care if my "party shares 207 gold" I care if I got 25 or 26 gold from that. That is the real important info, I couldn't really care less how much we shared I wanna know what my share is.

Actually if you'd listen to and observe the henchies and heroes you'd know they actually have lives to spend the money on aside from the time they are standing under AoE effects or hanging around in a outpost.

I'm sure Menlo needs all that gold to keep up with this even increasing list of girlfriends.
Herta probably needs the money to pay the alimonies for her first and second husbands.

What I would like to see, is a henchmen or hero being able to pick up the damn gold. If they get their cut and the gold drops next to them, they can pick it up for once, lazy bastards.

what? and have Dunkoro disabled as a party member for 2 weeks because he put his back out while bending over to pick it up?

seriously tho, I agree. If they automatically get the items for them then they should also use some initiative and pick up gold drops in the nearby range.

If you can get more benefits in AI party, then what will be the point to be with humans? It's a lot funnier when there are not h/h and i dont want to be the *no one can help me because they all do it with heroes and i don't have any* person. This would be the end of REAL cooperation.

I disagree with this idea for the exact same reason as Arkantos. Further degredation of Human groups (if that's even possible) shouldn't happen.

And in reverse...an idea is an idea, however bad or unpopular it might be.

Users don't need to post flames when responding to unpopular ideas, just a "/notsigned" with a sentence or two explaining, without resorting to put-downs, why you disagree is all that is required, unless you wish to elaborate on what could be done to improve the suggestion.

Anyway......

Yeah it sucks the henchies take yo cash, but it is what it is, its a balance. It has to be there. If you CAN'T solo then find an area you can do with 2, or 3 or 4 henchies and get a bit more of the split of cash.
