Anet (or any other company) does not have the means to verify a piece of code for safety. If such way existed, it would make the biggest business in history of computing, since every online provider would want it. It would also eliminate security problems once and for all.
Anet cannot vouch for software they haven't developed themselves. Nor can any other company.
Even more - no software company vouches for their *own* software. In other words, if you buy a piece of software, and that software destroys your computer - company that wrote it is not responsible.
