In Griffon's mouth there are two bosses which don't have their own names:
Snow Ettin (warrior) and Snow Ettin (monk with empty bar)

morrale, capping, in theory the could drop but they dont from what I know, and the fun color.

Only named ones have green items, and not all do.
Most all named bosses have Elite skills with very few exceptions. ( the grawl bosses in Old Ascalon for example)

In Ice Flow there are one or two Mursaat that do not have a name but do give you a morale boost and allow you too cap skills from them. But those are the only ones I can think of.

I think all the bosses that lack unique names are in Tyria. There's a good number of them too. The bone dragon boss is in Sanctum Cay in the swamp before Vizier.
