It's a area at the docks and i can't reach it no matter how i hug the walls arround it.

That's the Kamadan arena, I do believe. And I do believe you need to be lvl 10 or less to enter.

You don't need that area to get 100% in Elona!
Most likely you have missed very tiny bits of the maps. Use a textmod mapping aid to complete, or go over all the areas again and hug the walls.

The Sunspear Arena, Yes.
I could enter it but not fight. (obviously) finally got that area uncoverd
Never bother to notice that NPC though hehe!
Didn't give me any % though. still 99.6%

Yeah i must have, comparing them to a 100% map right now to see. Kinda hard to notice thoes small changes in the fog though.

No, all arenas count, its just that there is some 'extra' map. If you completely explored everything you would probably have 101% or 102%, those few extra %'s are left in for people who cant get to unreachable areas like sunspear arena and the starter areas. Of course, the amount thats blocked to you right now is pretty insignificant, less then half a percent probably, so it isn't too much of a problem.You might want to try using Texmod with Cartography_Made_Easy, which will show you some of the areas you have missed

Well i'm at 99.9% now thanks to comparing to a 100% map.
Don't wanna use text mods. Never trusted a mod.
Off to find that last 00.1% haha!
