Not to many of these out there, but I would say 75-85k imo.
Also salvage mods, casters won't be looking for a req9.

alot of people buying caster weps want q9 and below only, mainly because they do not want high req weps in their accessory. ive had numerous people turning down my caster items solely because its not q9 or below.
for the price, i´d agree with 75-85k. maby more, depending on the buyer.
