What do you refuse to do?

I don't refuse to do anything. Seriously. I will UB, if it means making things easier. I did the HoS run when it was pickup barrol/drop barrol as fast as you can. I did just about everything, except DoA/Mallyx because I hate DoA. It's just so bland, lifeless, and boring.
The holy trinity... I have no problem with. If it works, it works.

I also basically quit all PvP. PvP players in Guild Wars seem to be on about the same emotional and maturity level as Counterstrike players and, frankly, if I wanted to be insulted by children who's only accomplishment in life is their amazing ability to permanently avoid a tan, I'd go hang out in a local LAN party. Yes, little boy, you're better than me at clicking the mouse, congratulations on your amazing life accomplishment. I have a nice, fat paycheck, a house, two cars, and a girlfriend. You might get the first three of those things, so I'll surely be crying myself to sleep tonight next to the one thing I know you'll never manage to attain. |
As far as things I won't ever do, I'm really not far enough in to know exactly what I will and will not do. I will not run missions for free, or quests, or anything of that matter. I think if you can't beat the easier missions on your own, you either need to a) find a friend and go through them together, making the game more fun or b) rethink your strategy, making you a better player. I don't think you should pay some complete stranger to do all the work for you: yeah, you'll end up with a lvl 20 char, but it'll be a weak lvl 20, because the player themselves will be weak. play through solo a bit, become stronger as a char and as a player, then come talk to me for help

PvP: I geneally refuse to play meta with the exception of Dual/Trip Smite (I loved it so much)
PvE: Explorer titles -_-
It is my duty to ensure no scrub goes unranked.

I agree with Burst Cancel.
A lot of people in this thread(ie PvE community) wont do PvP because they feel they are "better" or more "mature" than the majority of the PvP community. So pretty much the PvE community is taking the moral high-ground since many don't understand PvP or even really try too.
Many put just PvP as things they don't do, for why is a stab in the dark, probably because of Burst Cancel reasoning.

Personally, I liked PvP, until I simply ran into too much of the same and decided to do without it. Its not on my refuse to do list. Its just something I'll do no longer in GW.

He does have a point though. This constant bitching and whining about Ursan is sooo tiresome. If you want to use it - use it. If you don't, don't. If it could be used in pvp then fine, there is an argument - but it isn't.
To think that someone considers there to be some sort of moral aspect as to why they shouldn't use it......................sheesh
Why people get sooo stressed over it is beyond me.
