Nightfall look on Orginal GW Character

Probably an old question but I have all 3 campaigns (Original GW, Factions and NF). Is there not a way to use some of the hairstyles or faces, etc. on the other campaigns? It would be nice to make a Euro looking Assassin or a Asian Paragon.
