Signet of Capture + XP Scroll

Does Exp Scroll affect the XP gain from the Signet of Capture?

Let's say, I capture a skill for +5000 XP, but before that, I used a Berserk's Insigh (3x the XP)

will i get +15000xp?

no, it only effects the XP gained by killing a mob.
