Green's question

Is it possible for a green weapon like Shiro's Blades to be inscribible? It's perfect but i need a 15% Dmg While Enchanted to make it the best for my build so would it work?

No. Greens come as is.

Nope, you can NOT change the stats of Shiro's Blades. You can NOT change the stats of ANY green weapon.

I'll point out that the damage mod on Shiro's Blade as it is is generally as good as, if not better than, damage +15% while enchanted, since Warriors should generally have 50% or more health at all times anyway.

Shiro's BLADES are daggers

I don't recall there being any daggers with those stats King, though Urkal's comes close. Otherwise you should just try to build your own, the mods you are looking for are fairly cheap now.
