I need a PC on a

Celestial Sheild req 7 Armor:16 +56 health while hexed

and also opinion: Which would sell easier/higher? Tormented Sword or Ambrace of Truth

Armbrace would sell easier imo.

celestial 5-10k for req....useless

would there be any collectors that would like it because i have had a variety of pcs from 5-150k

if you get 150k, it will be from perhaps one person in the whole game. try to sell it to whoever gave you that pc
10-20k imo for req. never know what people will pay for req 7
