Buff: Moebius Strike, people! It used to be 8s recharge (I never was there for it, but I still consider it one of the best buffs to 'Sins).
Nerf: Maybe Shadow Prison, not sure. But I highly disliked the DP nerf, I thought it was just too hard.

The black lotus strike nerf was funny. People got all pissed...
That's gotta be my favorite. I mean, changing the skill completely from an offhand to a lead attack? Desperate attempt to stop the shadow prison madness. Too bad shadow prison still kicks ass.
Anyways, I don't think I have a favorite buff.. they all seemed kind of minor to me. Nothing really as groundbreaking as say, the WOH buff for monks..

Buff: where's a buff, i see none that i recall that has not been nerfed a bit after said buffing...

Come on people, no one remembers the buff to Moebius? It used to be 8s recharge! I guess I enjoy the buff more since I'm mostly PvE, and the occasional RA/TA.
