as it sits 2-5 k tops, add some different mods, sundering 20/20 then +30 health..being if the 15^50 is an inscription. then maybe repost.

Never!!! add mods to weapons which you are going to sell. They help to sell a good item but never a poor one. Shadow bow is not a popular skin. Adding 20/20 and +30 HP will NOT increase the bow value, you'll only waste the mods.

My opinion: 2-3k but pain to sell, easier to merchant or to give to a hero.

Agree with the prices suggested.

Definately do not agree with modding items you intend to sell, it is usually a waste of money.
