I beleive it was a quest exploit, where you could get the reward without ending the quest.

There's definitely an exploitation of some sort. The only other alternative in this day and age is to do Drop of Fear's hypothetical 'bandwidth choking' method which is unreliable at best and would take an eternity.
How do you get rank12 and still have the time spare to get LDOA (which takes over a month with standard death leveling)?

Even it an exploit was used, let's face it, LDoA is itself using the game mechanics for a purpose it was not originally designed for. If there was a quest exploit he used - that's fine with me.

I wish A-net would maybe add a lv 14 monster, this would eliminate the fact that death-leveling is well, even if it is legal, it is still an exploit.
Anyway good luck with the title, I don't know how you achieved it but having something rare that sets you apart isn't neccessarily good.

Seriously, thats not a big deal. As pointed out the person must have no life to have gotten both. They are not anything exciting, many people have them. I got the titles in a very legal way, but sadly enough, Anet fixed both of them... (One with the hogs, and one with the Rites quest)
As I also mentioned in other posts, I quit GW... I hardly play it anymore. However, this doesn't mean I give Anet the permission to bann my acc (Yesh, I know, they can do whatever they want). And if Anet turns out to do so, just for the sake of Noone having LS + LDoA, they can expect tickets to unbann me comming in 24/7, seeing as noone got banned for abusing the GH travel glitch (The one to travel you to any outpost) or so many bugged quests/skills...

Uhhhh hint hint, ANet doesn't usually go and "fix" things unless they were looked at as a type of exploit.
