lol u cant put a +30 mod on it if its non-inscription which im guessing it is...and with only 1 mod its not worth trying to sell.

fine ill put a +30 hp mod on it. i know its worth more then 5k its a max gold r8 rare skin nearly perfect! 1% away from being perfect as a matter of fact.

You can't put mods on Celestial shields usually.
