PC on Amethyst Aegis q11 motivation

so, I'd like PC on this

Amethyst Aegis of Fortitude
armor: 16 (requires 11 motivation)
Inscription: "Sleep now in the fire"
armor +9 vs fire dmg

havent modded it at all, coz I want PC first, to know if its worth selling.
