Effective Spear Mix-up Build?

Ok, and while this is strictly to get rid of the bordom of playing hammer/axe/sword (and scythe at times), i need a better spear build than what i have for pve... what im running now, does the trick, hell, flail+death pact would do fine, i'd like something at least a little more efficient (as much as it can get for playing a secondary weapon mastery), while still being relaxed and fun.

currently:

12 spear
12+1+1 str
3 tacts

flail
barbed
merciless
lightning
blazing or remedy sig
lions comfy
rage of the ntouka or coward! or stunning
res


now i know its a far cry from being truly effective as a warrior, der, but its of course got its fun dps, and consistant damage. i play a lot, and no matter what i do to mix it up to keep it fresh (and i've tried just about anything and everything with hammer/sword/axe), i still like trying more and more things.


any w/p builds, or changes to what im using, and again, simply for fun, to the build, are appreciated. thanks

Needs moar PvE skills.
