Issue with threads showing viewed/unviewed posts

Recently, over the past few days, I've found that these forums will not show me which threads have unviewed posts past page 1 of the threads displayed and I'm not aware of having modified any forum settings which would change that. All threads displayed on page 2 and above are shown as read even if they have new posts. It's somewhat annoying - however I'm not sure if it's just me or if anyone else has been having problems.

Hmmm, haven't heard of problems. Perhaps someone else can tell us if they are having the same. Maybe a cookie problem... not sure.

yep get the same thing....I go into a forum that say I posted on one of the threads, so I was the last one to post, then later I come back to that forum and there is a check mark in the thread box but I am not the last poster---I had not read the new posts in that thread! Happens ALL THE TIME....I just give up and pick the threads I want to read and check to see when the last post was made and if I recognize who posted etc...if I do I dont read it, if I dont I do read it. I have also had the black book in the master forum thread page instead of the red book and I KNOW there are new threads and posts in that forum.....so I just ignore the red/black book as well. Makes it harder to figure out if you have read something or not, but its the only way I can do it recently.
