I have a Dervish/Warrior but I only need 1 more skill for my build and that's a warrior elite skill. My question is if I buy a elite skill tome for warrior can my Dervish use it then? And unlock the elite skill for warrior?

If the skill is unlocked for your account, then yes, you can unlock it using the tome for your warrior.

you can use it, if your profession is D/W
you first need to have the elite skill unlocked before you can use the tome though...
