Motion to add an option to F11 or the Chat Box that turns off Global Chat, which could turn off messages of people achieving titles, teams winning in HA, and any other messages sent in the same manner.

I'd have to agree, both with the OP and other posters. I think we should have a toggle for the announcements. Granted, it only affected this weekend particularly badly becuase of the popularity of those two titles. But, having someone, somewhere maxing out a title every 10 seconds was kind of a problem, as far as chatting, if you hung out in the port cities. I can see this being a problem in other weekend events as people move from playing through the game to maxing out titles as their main GW pastime.

So many people are farming because of this weekend. I don't see a real need to have it removed or have an option, I hardly notice it at all...

Afterall, there are only... how much? 6 outposts where the title messages are show. Only those that where in towns trading or stuff like instead of taking advantaje of the weekend; noticed the 'issue'.
