PC of Fiery Flamberge of Fort

Hi,
Could someone please give me a PC on a gold color

Fiery Flamberge of Fortitude
Fire Dmg: 15-22 (Requires 9 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Health +29

Most likely, I'll be swapping out the +29 for a +30hp to make it perfect(using a Perfect Salvage Kit of course). The stats matches that of the IDS sword. So, I'm guessing it would sell for around 30k if I was to add the +30hp to it.

dont add the +30 if u intend to sell...5-10k imo...
