Faction Point Purchases

Let's say I'm a PvP-only Elementalist and I buy a skill and an insignia with Faction points. After that, I delete the character, and make a new Elementalist. Will I have to purchase the skill and insignia again, or will they still be there?

When you spend Balthazar faction points to unlock PvP stuff. (skills, runes, insignia, equipment bonus', ect.) they are forever unlocked on your account for future pvp characters.

Is anything you unlock with Balthazar faction points available for Roleplaying characters?

Skills you unlock you will have to buy from a Skill Trainer or use a regular (your profession) tome, elite skills you have to cap or use an Elite (your profession) tome. Armor and insignias you will still have to buy from a crafter.
