Harrier's haste
Heard alot of complains on the recent skill update in LA, and various other outposts. So I'm just curious, what ONE skill would you change in GW if you have the power? And let's be reasonable here, don't post things like "Shadow Prison: 5e, 0.25sec cast, 5 sec recharge"

I still have not bothered to get Usan Blessing.
I guess I'll just say that fixing Signet of Illusions to work with multi-variable spells would be cool.

Why must all Skill threads revolve around god damn Ursan blessing?
Come on people. I know I'd certainly like some changes, like Changing Protective spirit to be only for OTHER ALLY and bringing down the cost for REBIRTH.

Energy loss, disables skills, low hp and no energy on ressed person, all for what ... teleport? Teleport that cannot be used offensively and is not all that useful defensively. Way, WAY too many drawbacks.
Rebirth: now resses to aditional 10..30 HP for each point of energy lost and does not disable skills on resurrected ally and that ally is ressed with 1..16 energy.
Now energy loss is worth it and ressed ally is no longer "repeat kill" fodder at same time, and he is combat ready much sooner.

Whirling Defense- Decrease Recharge to 30 sec, disables all non-ranger skills for 10 sec.
Mystic Regen- Change energy to 15, decrease regen to 2 unless Earth Prayers is 13 or above. (WAAAAAAAAYY overused)
Soul Bind -Change description to "Knockdown occurs everytime a hex is cast on target (instead of when hex is cast and they are attacking)
Shield Of Regeneration- Change recharge to 12.

Theres probably the best example of a fantastic skill nerfed to uselsessness because it was too imbalanced in PVP. Move it to PVE only and even restore it to what it used to be before (7s duration and 20s recharge I believe).

Why where people complaining about the last skill balance? The last skill balance was RIDICULOUSLY small in scale and barely affected anything. It was one of the most positively recieved updates I can remember in reccent history on these forums. The thread was very polite and everybody was happy (until the ursan debate which had nothing to do with the update crept into the thread). Unless you are angry because a.net didn't nerf enough (which is a valid opinion), nobody should be QQing.
