Sunspear points and leveling?

First of all, is there any simple way to make a lot of sunspear points fast early on? (Around level 7-8). I need to get to first spear rank to continue my main quest and I have done all the side quests I can find.

Secondly, is there a fast way to level for someone without a lot of money?

I just went outside the sunspear city, took the bug bounty and killed every spider that is just outside there. that will give you about 10-15 points each time.

Just get the bounties from the Sunspear Scouts at the rez shrines and clear areas of those types of enemies. First Spear is fast to get once you start doing that.

I don't know if this is the fastest way but i'll share my way.

i had to lvl up my 2 new characters last week (before the weekend event started =( ) - both at lvl 5 -7 with low SS pts. I ended up with killing low lvl skales in Fahranur, The First City from Joaknur Diggings. Just get the skale hunt, kill few mid lvl skales (can be tough in the beginning) and go into the skale pit. All of them were very low lvl skales and didn't take that much of time to kill them. Took me less than 2 runs (15 mins max) to reach 175 SS pts to 300+ pts.

I made a derv during the SS/LB x pts weekend, and to get SS pts I started outside Sunspear Great Hall, took the bug bounty, killed the group of bugs nearby, then resigned. Each run took bout 1min, and w/out the 2x pts you'll get like 8 pts a run. Sorry if it's not fast enough, but I used this to gain levels also.

That Fahranur one seems really good, except how the hell do I get into the city? I can make it to some sort of gate, but after that I just run around and get killed by things double my level.
