LF GvG/HA Guild

About Me:
--Vent/Mic of course and can use it 24/7
--Active player (on every day for at least 3 hours)
--Mature player who doesn't rage a lot
--/age is 3,812 Hours over 26 months
--EST Timezone (I play into the PST prime times though)

What I Play Efficiently:
--HEAL Monk (Mostly WoH)
--Runner (Rit, Monk, and Ele)

What I'm Looking For:
--A stable, top 800 guild
--Active guild that GvG's or HA's at least 4 nights a week for at least 2 hours
--Fun, friendly guild members that are also serious about getting better
--A team that goes over wins and losses after every match
--A stable guild that won't disband as soon as I join

Balth Faction:

--Less than 300k of my faction is from RA/TA/HA/AB; the rest is from GvG.
--Of my 900k faction from GvG, ~800k of it is on a HEALING monk or runner bar.
--Furthermore, of the 900k faction from GvG's, at least 600k of it is from running balanced builds.

Titles:
--Rank 2 Gladiator (222 points)

--Rank 1 Hero (51 Fame; HA isn't GvG so I never did it)
--Random PvE titles that mean nothing

I emphasize that I play HEALING monk because I'm used to using Prot Spirit and Infuse and I usually feel gimped if I'm not running those skills on my bar because I use them in different ways than I would use GoH and Spirit Bond. I can run the three different runners effectively (most experience with Rit and Monk, with Ele before SoR was nerfed).

I learned from experienced players (r3 champs and r8 heroes and various other titles) and know what I have to do without being told.
