Known features that were figured out:
* It is bazaar, not auction house: sellers price is fixed, but it otherwise has all bells and whistles for comfortable trading.
* It is under active development with features that imply that its updated for newest features. It is also localized, which could imply release-readiness as localization is usually last step when preparing software for depoyment.
* Gaile or other representative has yet to deny or confirm it, don't get your hopes too high. Only official responses so far are:

Some specifics:
* You have to hold your item in inventory while it is being sold in marketplace. Purchased item is put directly to your inventory.
* List of items is searchable and filterable by categories. (So you can choose to see only, i.e. all Axe Hafts or All Upgrades ...)
* You can search for items based on which district you are in, but you can also search game globally.
* Tradeable items include these: Tomes, Weapon upgrades, Armor upgrades, Weapons, Consumables, Dyes, Minipets, and more.
* There will be fee for listing item in marketplace. Nature of fee is unknown, but it will be variable.
* You cannot sell unidentified items.
Some specifics that we cant be so sure about but which sound likely:
* You can continue selling even if you are in explorable area. (game disallows you to drop item that is listed in trade, you can only drop items in explorable)
* You possibly could sell/buy for over-100k sums. When you sell item money is added directly to stash and you can use stash money to make purchases.
