Ever Notice Soul Reaping has no skills?

It's an obvious point, but after looking at Energy STorage, Fast Casting, STrength, Expertise, and Divine Favor, I have to wonder why Soul Reaping is the only exclusive that doesn't have any skills you can get?
Id Est: In Expertise (R), you can get distracting shot or in Fast Casting (Me), you can get Mantra of Recovery.
Anyone have any insight as to why Necros are the only build that don't get any skills that benefit their Exclusive attribute?

Heh, sorry, but it's prety well known that necros don't have SR skills, but then again, the mesmer FAst Cast skill "Mantra of Recovery" is a crappy skill.
Only Warriors, Rangers and Monks have a good advantage from their primary atribute. Probably because Necro Soul Reaping already has a huge benefit to necros or something...

Soul Reaping is the best energy managment in the game. Fast Casting only has one skill - a skill that isn't very useful.
My only problem is with all the "Improves casting speed/recharge using Soul Reaping skills" focus items there are in the game. :P

I think a skill like consume corps should be soul reaping.
Also the skill soul feast should be soul reaping

A soul reaping skill could be something like Channeling.
If a foe in the area has less than 20-50% health, that foe loses 20-60 hp and 1-5 energy and you gain that much. Cast 1 sec, recast 20 secs, energy 10. Sounds like this should be an elite.

I think they should add a skill or something that allows Necros to draw energy from Animated Allies, Dead Allies, or some other source. I'm not just talking the instant bonus you get based on how high your Soul Reaping is, but I'm saying that it would be nice to have some other benefit from soul reaping. Necros seem to have the most issues in energy management (from what I hear... although, I think it's more about timing your casts).
I will say that maintaining a lvl 7 in soul reaping has served me rather well. I would, however, like to see a little more use in that area.

soul reaping is how a necro survives. i get about 12 energy each time a foe dies!! otherwise i would b useless

Soul Reaping is pretty awesome as is, so I think us Necros can live with it.

Oh noes loads of energy everytime someone dies, how terrible for them.
I imagine they will add a few skills in chapter 2 but it's not like they have a terrible deal out of it all at the moment.

There is also a collector 20/20 casting and recharge staff on Soul Reaping skills...

agreed leave current spells the way they are but add something to make my 13 in soul reaping usefull...cause you know Eles having xtra mana to start with and spells to heal themselves based off of Energy Storage is so balanced to me getting mana when I kill them...

I have seen an Item (collector Item) that gives +20% faster casting soul reaping skills, what I think is that they have change this in the beginning of the game and forgot to take out the Item. think about it there are allso Items that give 20% faster casting on divine favor and u dont have skills for that 2, or am I mistaking??? If so whay would DF have skills and SR not ?? whay do they put an Item in that has no use???

Soul reaping has no skills? The only skill that soul reaping has is well...soul reaping. Just think about it a monster dies you get energy thats kinda like a skill right there working all the time. Just my theory.

the necromancer's primary attribute is great. in PvE if you run out of energy. you are doing something wrong.
it is a bit tricky in 4v4 arenas. especially in the random one. there isn't enough *things* dying there...
i think the necromancers secondary attributes are very powerfull allready. no need to make the primary one better.
if you think about it. 4/6 of the primary attributes is directly or indirectly linked to energy. necro, ranger and ele is obvious.
the higher divine favor you have your healing/energy ratio becomes better.
Warrior is for damage and defense. (but then again warrior isn't suposed to be an energy deamon, however there are tactics skills that give energy) and mesmer primary is fast casting. which is very powerfull in itself.

Maybe something like IWAY, "For every dead ally"...
E.g:
For every dead ally, you gain +1 energy regeneration for X seconds.
