Question about Hall of Monuments

Hi FOlks,
I did a search and didn't find an answer to my question.
I finally made it to Lion's Arch and decided to see what Eye of the North looked like. It's quite beautiful I think. Anyway, I went to the Hall of Monuments and figured I would dedicate my minis while I was there. I couldn't figure out how.
I found the little monument for pets, but when I click it says it would look great with a tapestry and won't let me do anything. How do I dedicate minis ( or anything else)?
Also, I moved on in the story line and am gradually trying to complete the missions/quests. How do I get back to the Hall of monuments?

The HoM is always in Eye of teh North outpost. In order to add minis to your HoM you need to have that mini i your inventory. GuildWiki was a nice guide for it and what goes where

The monuments to Devotion, Fellowship, Valor and Resilience all need to be activated with tapestries before you can put anything on them. The monument to Honor is always active and doesn't require a tapestry to start displaying things on it.

After you've had your first vision from the scrying pool, talk to Gwen in the Hall of Monuments. She'll give you your first tapestry, and there are three other tapestries to collect as you go through EotN. You can get back to the Hall of Monuments any time - map travel to Eye of the North (outpost), and you can zone back into your Hall of Monuments from there.

If you want to dedicate your minis, activate your monument to Devotion first. After the tapestry is up on it, you can start placing your minis on it.

So is it true that I need to complete the missions in Eye of the North in order to get the other tapestries?

Yes, that is correct. You will get one additional Tapestry for each branch of the story you complete (Norn, Asura, and Ebon Vanguard).
