it's the exact item I need, though I feel unsure how high would U value it due to it's non-specific requirement. I made a brief analysys of the market, but these items seem not to be neither common nor popular.
Comparing it with similar items for another primary attribute of another Core profession -Elementalist- I asume it has to be around 10k (that's after I've sent my PM and checked guru for comparison).
