You have to buy a Celestial Sigil from a Sigil trader then trade it in to the Guild Hall Ambassador to get a guild hall.

Just go to Lion's Arch, Kaineng, or Kamadan and find an NPC named Canthan Ambassador[Guild Halls]. He can show you preview versions of all the halls. Sigil Trader will be in the preview halls.

um your probably right if your new. services inside the guild will cost u alot aswell. If you don't know how to get a hall no offence but making a guild whould be a bad idea.

well i am in a guild that has like 4 people in it. i know alot other things about the game. but not that much about guild halls. sorry the question was stupid lol i didn't know.
