7 & 8 Req drops

Where do the 7 & 8 Req drop from? Any help would be great. Thx.

Yes q7 max still drop. as have been said before you just need to know where to look.

I want you to prove this statement as I have in the past and still do collect them and judging from the high end forums there are far less in circulation than ever before. I use to believe that they still dropped however I haven't had a new one drop for me in years now along with multiple req 7's I have purchased from people are pre nightfall.

I call BS. Screenshot, or it didn't happen. Prove me wrong. Provide a screen or a link to a screen of a max weapon or offhand with an inscription slot, and I'll retract this statement.

As if Guild Wars has been around for that long to really validate your "I haven't had a new one drop for me in years". Say that in another 5 years or so if Guild Wars is even around by then.

Although having said that, just because no one has openly claimed that one has dropped recently doesn't mean they don't exist anymore... The only thing that can verify that would be a statement from ANet. I personally don't give a shit, nor do I keep track with all the ANet drama, so unless someone provide proof that they don't drop anymore, other people shouldn't claim they know shit either.

Well the last max R7 item that dropped for me was in late 2006....

I have had several R8 items drop for me in just the last week, mostly shields and one offhand and only one sword, but it was white unmodded.

They can drop anywhere, its all just a matter of chance.

I have been playing guildwars since early 2005 so yes years is accurate as I personally haven't had a req 7 drop for me since key less chests were the standard. In regards to them still dropping if they really did still drop then why are the prices steadily rising on them and the supply of them dwindling? So I suggest when you get so defensive if you claim otherwise prove me wrong.

I was emptying my first account out to turn the whole thing into a mule and my warrior has a req. 8 Fellblade. I never actually paid attention to the req, at the time I just really liked the look of the Fellblade back then. *shrug*

But as far a req 7 goes, I think I got one a really long time ago like, back in the days of refund points, and then sold it to the merch cause I didn't want it. Never seen another.
