I am stuck. I can't get into the Hatchery, I have 10,000 faction and have done Boraseabed but nothing has been triggered so I can get into the Hatchery. I can get into cavalon but Elder Rhea does nothing for me. What am I missing?

You need to turn in the befriending the luxons quest and then take and complete the stolen eggs quest

For some reason none of those quests are available to me. Is there a glitch or something? Nobody I talk gives any dialogue box, or options. Very frustrating.

This is going to sound stupid but have you beaten Sunjiang? I think it's a pre-requisite to the 10k quests.

Yes I got both weapons and beat the constructs. But nothing is there. I am stuck with no place to go.

That is odd. After the 'Sunjiang District' mission. You have to get 'Journey to Cavalon' from Jamei in Maatu Keep. Map to Zos Shivros Channel, and talk to 'Watchman Bencis' to get into Cavalon. If you haven't done the above, it could be talking to Bencis is the trigger (???) GuildWiki does indicate it was possible to get to Cavalon after doing the Boreas Seabed mission.....

Have you spoken to Jamei? Its very easy to end up missing her completely and not getting the next Primary quest.
