I beat eye of the north when it first came out, in normal mode, i believe i did skip some of the smaller quest, but i believe i completed all primary, cause i made to the last mission which was to kill the great destroyer, any way last night i was trying to get a run in hardmode for the time for heroes quest, i the runner told me that it would not let me do the quest or mission cause i was n't ready, this is really puzzling, can some one give me some advice on what is happening , and how i can fix this problem if any, i am trying to fill up my hardmode books for my gwen max titles.

you have to kill the great destroyer to unlock hard mode........

Did you check your Quest Log to make sure all the primaries are completed?
Check under these Headings to make sure all the objectives are crossed off... If they are even there... =)

Did you actually beat the Destroyer?

I beat the game, i killed the great destroyer and recieved my drokanrs key from droknars and cashed my key in for drokanrs recurve bow. i am possitive of that, i remmber some where in bettween that while i was in dungeon , something got skip and i arrived at central transfer station with the rest of the party.

When you are in a town in EotN, you can set it to HM, yes?
If not check your log...
Failing that, I would suggest picking up another Hero's Handbook, then running through it objective by objective.
(you'll prolly want to do that anyway for rep points)
And see if that fixes the issue...

I was the only person being ran, i could not believe the runner was the cultrip, cause when he went to start the quest he stated thatt the npc guy stated i was not rdy for the quest,

if i understand you right, you were trying to get a run, in Hard Mode, through A Time for Heroes and they npc said you were not yet eligible.
If this is right, it's a well known, often encountered bug that there does not seem to be a fix for yet.

Snieves did you beat Eye of North with the GH travel exploit? Is this the same character that you beat Eye of North with the first time?

I have never used any guild hall export, this is the character that i beat eye of the north with in mormal mode, now i am working on trying to get my maxed titles in eye of the north by doing the hardmode hero book method, since its the best way to get points, but it won't let me do it, i rmmber killing cynder the wurm, also remmber doing the destruction depth were you kill the destroyers in the ice caves, but for some reason it wont let me do time for heroes.

I do not remember any boss named Magmus, i remmber killing cynder with the barrels form the gunpowder dwarf guy, was i supposed to kill this magmus dude, could that be my problem?

You don't have to kill Magmus. Magmus is the boss that takes Cyndr's place after you beat the wurm the first time. He is not a hard mode boss either. You only fight the wurm Cyndr when someone in your party has the appropriate quest pertaining to him.

There is a small possibility i might haved misses a small quest some where, but i can do hardmode in gwen cause i did the against the char quest and the curse of the nornbear quest in hardmode and added them to my hardmode hero book, also i vanquished icliff chams and alcazia triangle in hardmode, but i do remember when i was doing the quest in the ice cave with all the destroyers and the end boss wheell type destroyer, something happened, i did talk to somebody or something but somehow i ended up in central trnsfer chamber by my self , not with the pug group,
PS. Also i did not get a chance to talk to jalis in battle depths , cause the pug groupo was reaally moving fast and we all teleported!

If I were in your shoes, I would go to your HoM and get every quest from the scrying pool and start backwards. Plus, you can work on a HM book that way. You will progress through the game in HM and hopefully the issue will resolve itself.

The Way Out
The primary quest will be available from the scrying pool. Something odd must have happened. Something in Factions happened to me with one of my characters where I didn't complete a side quest and it screwed up a primary for me. I had to abandon all my quests and repeat what I had been doing. It sucked, however, it worked correctly.
