I've been doing the CoF 600/smite run lately on my monk. However, I'm working on maxing out my Warrior's title, and the CoF run seems to be a nice easy way to rack up Deldrimor points easily.
If I recall properly the same can't be done for LB points in DoA, because of aggro issues. However, with the CoF run, the smiter stands pretty far back, and I don't think a warrior tagging along would pose any aggro threats.
As for what use bringing the warrior would do.. Perhaps throw something like Holy Veil/Succor onto the 600?

Run: 2k-2.5k
Dungeon Reward: 1.5k +2250 Ebon Vanguard reputation points for a first time completion in Hard Mode, otherwise 300 points
Run so Far: 500g-1k -Vanguard Points
Drops: Golds, Diessa Chalices, Rin Relics, Lockpicks, gems
Freebies: Hidden Chests (Gold, materials, items or gems)
End Chest: ((1 Gold Item +gem) or (2 Gold items) or (Green +other) +Quest item
Total cost of Run: 500g-1k -Vanguard points, -random mentioned drops, -Hidden chests, -At least 1 Gold Item or Green +Other
= People only charge 2k-2.5k?
Oh and dont forget the constant complaining from the Pugs you just picked up
