Must be req 7 tactics

If inscripable, can be 15 armor
Non inscripable must be 16 armor, and must have perfect stats.

+10 armor vs Fire
30 HP

Shield 3
Req 7 Tactics
+10 armor vs slashing
30 HP

Shield 4
Req 7 Tactics
+10 armor vs lightning
30 HP
